With a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Turin in Italy, and a thesis developed at the College of William and Mary in the U.S., my career in technology and transformation has been both broad and deeply impactful. Beginning as a software developer, I quickly moved into roles that allowed me to innovate and lead at the intersection of Digital Transformation, Quality Assurance, DevOps, and Site Reliability Engineering.
Over more than 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with and leading teams across diverse industries, holding executive and strategic roles with globally renowned organizations such as UBS, Credit Suisse, Vorwerk, Global Blue, and UEFA. My work has spanned from defining transformative corporate strategies in QA and DevOps to building and scaling resilient digital ecosystems that prioritize quality, efficiency, and adaptability.
In some organizations, I played a pivotal role in overseeing high-stakes digital initiatives, focusing on security, compliance, and excellence in quality management. In others, my work centered on transforming the entire digital lifecycle, leading transitions from monolithic to microservices architectures, implementing cloud-first approaches, and driving performance improvements that significantly reduced mean-time-to-repair and mean-time-to-market.
In various consulting roles, I have led cross-functional, multi-regional projects, harnessing DevOps practices and digital quality frameworks to drive impactful results. My early experiences in high-stakes digital management included leading the revamp of large-scale platforms and coordinating extensive teams to support global events and initiatives.
Throughout my career, I have specialized in building robust, self-sufficient teams, implementing agile frameworks such as SAFe, and fostering cultures that embrace continuous improvement and innovation. As a dedicated mentor and company ambassador, I’m passionate about creating environments where individuals are empowered to thrive, contributing their best work while also growing professionally. My approach has always been people-first, valuing collaboration, trust, and clear communication to drive sustainable change.
After having covered nearly every role within QA and DevOps, mainly in leadership and empowerment capacities, I am now channeling my future efforts toward empowering others.
My goal is to make my skills and experiences available to individuals and organizations navigating their own transformation journeys, equipping them with the tools they need to foster independence, resilience, and success.

I believe that traditional leadership models, with rigid hierarchies and centralized decision-making, are outdated and often limit the potential of teams and individuals.
